Our Services
Compassionate, Reliable Home Care Services
At Aurora Home Care, we provide personalized, non-medical home care services to help individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in the place they love most—home. Whether you’re caring for a loved one or navigating aging yourself, our licensed caregivers are here to make everyday life easier.
What We Do
Personal Care
We help people with critical day-to-day activities in their homes so that they can get on with their lives, stress-free.
Homemaking
A clean home is a safe environment that helps support mobility for people with a functional disability. That’s why we take care of cleaning, meal preparations, and daily chores.
Companionship
Our personal care aides provide companionship to people who live alone. Loneliness can be a health risk for people of all ages, and a sympathetic ear can make all the difference.
Transportation
Don’t let limited mobility get in the way of the life you want to live! We provide reliable transportation to and from errands, activities, social events, and appointments.
Care Coordination and Home Healthcare Agency Support
We help our clients apply for Medicaid and locate social assistance services. We can also connect those in need to a professional home health care agency for additional medical services

How does home care work?
Home care is personalized support provided right in your home—on your schedule, based on your needs. At Aurora Home Care, we start with a free consultation to understand your daily routine, preferences, and challenges. Then we match you with a trusted caregiver who provides assistance with things like bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and companionship. You stay in control—we’re just here to help make life easier, safer, and more comfortable.
How can i get home care services
Getting started is simple! Just give us a call or fill out our referral form. We’ll schedule a no-obligation consultation to learn about your care needs and goals. From there, we’ll create a customized plan and assign a caregiver who fits your schedule and personality. We also help families understand available coverage options, whether you're paying privately or through Medicaid, a waiver program, or VA benefits.
Who pays for home care?
Home care can be paid for in a few different ways:
Private Pay – Many families pay out-of-pocket for flexible care options.
Medicaid Waiver Programs – If you qualify, Indiana Medicaid may cover services through a waiver.
VA Benefits – Veterans may be eligible for care coverage through specific VA programs.
Long-Term Care Insurance – Some policies cover home care costs.
We’re happy to walk you through what you might qualify for—just reach out and we’ll guide you step by step.
